A Northwest Pilsner
This is a pilsner your stern grandfather would approve of. Brewed with traditional Pilsner malts, imported Czech Saaz and local Oregon Sterling hops, this pilsner’s first sip shows up with clean lager flavors, and then opens up with surprising complexity and softness - developing biscuity flavors, spicy herbal notes and a hint of lemon.

Brewed in the crisp Japanese style with whole Calrose Rice. Very easy-drinking and pleasant on the palate with a mild floral balance from Oregon-grown Tettnang whole-leaf hops. Kanpai!

Half hitch
Imperial IPA
Hops climb up twine that’s just loosely tied to the trellis with a half hitch knot—and this Imperial IPA is just loosely tied to tradition. The Mosaic hop imparts surprisingly floral aromas instead of the more expected grapefruit-y notes. On the palate, complex layers of flavors might remind you of guava, mango, stone fruit and lemon, unraveling your idea of what an Imperial IPA should be.

Hazy IPA
If you like tropical drinks and getting caught in a heatwave, you just might love this intensely tropical Hazy IPA that's bursting with fruity hop aromas. The hints of pineapple, coconut, lime and stone fruit are all from hops. Light pale in color with a thick haze and rich mouthfeel, this new Hazy is the perfect "Caribbean" escape.

Stouts have a rich, deep and dark history— dating back over 400 years in Europe as a strong porter. Well, forget all that. Yes— this stout is classically dark, but close your eyes and take a sip. You’ll likely be surprised by how easy it is on the palate with notes of caramel, chocolate and roasted coffee driven by a wonderfully nuanced blend of dark crystal, black, roasted and chocolate malt. You won’t have the patience to save this one for a rainy day.

It’s not uncommon to find Pacific Crest Trail hikers at Crux enjoying a well deserved day off from the grueling 2,659-mile hike. The trail runs just outside of Bend along the crest of the Cascades. They come to enjoy great company, a rewarding pint and the expansive view of the mountains they’ve been traversing. PCT is not your typical porter— it’s for explorers. You’ll discover robust flavors driven by a roasted and chocolate malt bill paid off with refreshing day-in and day-out drinkability. Ahhh…

For this West Coast IPA, we left behind all the new-fangled hoppy tricks and gimmicks and travelled back to the basics with a boatload of three of our favorite PNW hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. A simple and light malt bill creates a clean palate for flavor waves of juicy fruit, bright citrus, and resiny dankness. It's just a great WCIPA, no lightning bolts or Deloreans required.

As winter makes its arrival, so does the tradition of “winter warmers”. Snow Cave is our take on a warming, winter ale to usher in the season.
A hearty malt backbone gives notes of toffee, fir and toasted bread crumbs for a malty and slightly sweet base. Fruity notes from Crystal, Galaxy and Cascade hops balance the maltiness for the perfect first winter beer of the season to be enjoyed by a cozy fire - whether that’s out in a snow cave or your own fireplace.

After months ripening in red wine barrels with a tangled blend of brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus, we infused our wild farmhouse ale with a dark twist in the form of intense, tangy Oregon blackberries. Dripping with juicy, sweet and sour berry notes balanced by a funky earthiness, this creative mix of wild cultures is a sour beer lover’s delight. (Released June 2025)

A vibrant reddish-black hue, substantial body and
pleasant headiness give this dark Belgian-style ale an alluring first impression. The intense flavors of dark candi sugar conspire to deceive with flavors that remind us of preserved fruits and holiday spicing, but the true agent is the Trappist yeast—and a suspicious drinkability.
